I work with Dominica as part of the main festival cast in her reality TV style improv show, So You Want a Job. Dominica created the show and acts as its director. I’ve found her to be a very collaborative director, encouraging her ensemble to contribute ideas to the development of the show while simultaneously honoring her own artistic vision.
As an artist I always feel valued and respected working with her. And the feeling is mutual.
